We utilise the latest computer technology to ensure the highest level of client participation and understanding during the design process. In order to avoid the limitations of a strict dogma or style, our office is able to evolve designs in close consultation with our clients that satisfies both their requirements and their aspirations.

Beyond our core speciality, we also have experience in niche commercial projects: refurbishing building exteriors, upgrading interiors, tenancy fit-outs and specialty food outlets.

Fees are negotiated depending on the nature of the job and the clients' requirements. Typically, full service (all of the above) is charged as a percentage of the cost of construction.

 If the work is limited to a Development Application, a fixed fee or hourly rate may be negotiated. Before the commencement of any design work, a detailed fee agreement will be drafted to ensure a complete understanding of the services to be provided and how they will be remunerated.

The bulk of our work is located around Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. This has given us great experience in dealing with Woollahra, Waverley and Randwick Councils. 

From time to time we do work further a field and have had recent experience with the following Councils: City of Sydney, North Sydney, Mosman, Lane Cove, Ku-ring-gai and Canada Bay.
